What fees do i have to pay?

Under UAE law all guest are to pay a Tourism Dirham fee, which is 20AED per night for the first 30 nights only.

This is payable in addition to the cost of the apartment.

What time is check in, and how do I collect keys?

Check in is from 3pm onwards. Upon arrival please report to the concierge desk located in the foyer of Beach Isle Tower Two. The concierge will check your details and show you up to your apartment.

We don’t provide physical keys, instead you will be provided with a key code to enter the apartment.

What details do I need when making a booking?

To make a booking you need a valid credit, or debit card.

All guest must provide a copy of their passport prior to arrival, this will be used to generate your guest pass required to enter the building and apartment.

Do you offer out of hours check in?

Yes, we offer a 24-hour check in service. When booking, please provide an estimated time of arrival so we can inform the concierge.

Do you take a damage deposit?

Yes, we require a refundable damage deposit of 1000AED, which is fully refundable upon departure.

Are the building amenities free to use?

Yes, the pool, beach, splash pool, roof garden, barbeque pits, gym and parking are all included in your stay.

To access these features you will need a key card, which will be provided to you when you check in.

How do I access the parking?

The parking is accessed via the side of the building. The electric barrier opens with the parking key card, provided on arrival. You will be notified of the bay number to park in.

Do I need to bring my own towels/toiletries?

No, we provide a full set of towels, including beach towels.

Toiletries are also provided, which includes hand soap, shower gel and shampoo.

Is there a dishwasher and washer dryer in the apartment?

Yes, the apartment comes with a dishwasher and washer dryer.

We provide tablets to use for both.

Do you provide cleaning equipment in the apartment?

Yes, each apartment comes with:

Hoover

Anti-bacterial spray

Dust pan and brush

Washing up liquid

Cleaning clothes

Bin bags

Do you provide recycling facilities?

Yes, the apartment has a recycling bin in the kitchen for plastic and cardboard.

There is also a trash compactor located outside the apartment.
